Full Circle Support Package​

• 2 prenatal meetings (1 virtual and 1 in person)

• Help with creating birth wishes/plan and postpartum plan

• Support and pain management coaching for your partner/support person

• In person birth support during labor in your home, hospital (depending on where you deliver and COVID19 policies) or birth center

• Up to two hours postpartum support immediately after birth 

• Help with golden hour and babies 1st latch

• 1 postpartum visit in your home or virtually

• Unlimited email, text and phone support during business hours and in emergency situations

• Referrals around birth related needs ( lactation consultants, postpartum doulas, acupuncturist...) 

• Loaner TENS 

• Loaner birth ball

• 1 additional virtual meeting if an induction or scheduled C-section is needed

• Snap shots immediately after your baby is born and of cord cutting

Creative ways to pay for a doula:

​

1. Add the cost of doula care to your baby shower registry. This way, friends and family can contribute money towards your doula care.

2. Use your flex or health spending account to pay for doula services.

3. Instead of doing a diaper cake or asking  for diapers at your baby shower, set up a place for people to drop cash to go towards doula services.

4. Make monthly paments.

​

5. The sooner in your pregnancy you contract with a doula, the longer you have to pay for your doula.

​
